The Picture:
Why did I do this? Because reading volumes 14-15 of Naruto always make me want to cry since [SPOILER] the third hokage fights orochimaru and ends up killing himself, taking orochimaru's "arms" with him. But it's the way he died that's sad ... the way he talks about Konoha and it's shinobi then flashes back to pictures of all the famous shinobi going all the way back to the fourth hokage Yondainme. [END SPOILER] So, in memory of the beloved Old Man Third Hokage of the Hidden Leaf village, Sarutobi.
The Techniques:
I did some serious manipulation on color using photoshop with this picture. Originally, the red is a whole lot brighter, and the grey is a whole lot brighter as well... I manipulated the colors giving that whole "old" sort of feeling, and I hope it worked. No background was done, since I thought that this kind of picture didn't call for it. Those of you who are familiar with volume 14 might also recognize this picture (I redid it!!)
